A separate button operates the completely automatic Full Cleaning System (F.C.S.), a special cleaning and descaling program. The symbols in the display window inform the user when to add more water or beans, as well as when to empty the waste coffee container or descale the machine.

A special pre-brewing system guarantees optimum coffee extraction: to ensure maximum flavour, the coffee which is ground freshly for each cup is moistened for a few seconds before the hot water is finally pressed through at high pressure during the actual brewing process.
Two separate heating systems allow simultaneous delivery of espresso coffee plus hot water or steam – a convenient feature that will be much appreciated by lovers of milk coffee and cappuccino.

The perfectionist insists on complete freshness it is very important that the beans are not heated during the grinding process since this results in a loss of the very delicate aromas. Coffee grinders always have been a special tool for the connoisseur - now SOLIS presents a technically perfect grinder of the new generation in an extremely pleasing design and very smart anthracite colour tones. The special gear-reduction motor allows slow-speed, quiet and aroma protecting grinding. In addition, the grinder is equipped with an anti-static device as well as an electronic stone sensor. The number of portions can be selected from 1 to 10 and the grinder setting is adjustable from very fine to coarse. The attractive, clear bean container holds 250 gr of beans and can be detached for easy cleaning. The grinder is very stable and has a practical cord compartment.
